"Panoramic view"

Sheryl's Room hosts a king-sized bed with lots of overstuffed feathered pillows. The three Queen Anne windows that surround it engulf the comfortable sitting area. The sink is built into an antique dresser of drawers and is the talk of the house. The private bath contains a clawfoot tub and porcelain showerhead. The large balcony overlooks the grounds and Deer Creek on the left and the city of Nevada City on the right.

Sheryl was the first owner of the house to use it as a bed and breakfast inn about 15 years ago. She is the one responsible for all the renovations that made Deer Creek an inn of distinction. When speaking to her a while back, Ken and Eileen discovered that at the time of the renovations, Sheryl started with only a half bath on the upper story of the house. Thanks to all her hard work, each room in the house now has a private bath.
